Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assessing the health and well-being of patients across a diverse caseload.
- Participating in care delivery tailored to meet individual patient needs.
- Promoting best practices and contributing to quality improvements.
- Organising and interpreting data for informed decision-making.
Who We're Looking For:
- Qualified nurse with at least 2-5 years of experience (desirable).
- NMC registered with no restrictions or conditions.
- Demonstrates compassion and outstanding patient care and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
