Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a skilled ITU Staff Nurse to join a prestigious 28 Bedded ITU Unit at a renowned hospital. Recognised with an "Outstanding" rating by the CQC, our 24-hour Critical Care Unit is dedicated to providing specialised care to critically ill patients with diverse medical or surgical conditions. Our multidisciplinary team, comprising Consultant Intensivists, Critical Care Resident Medical Officers, and Critical Care Nurses, is dynamic and motivated.
Duties:
As a Staff Nurse within our Critical Care unit, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to patients. Your responsibilities will encompass assessing, planning, delivering, and continually evaluating care plans. Effective communication with patients, their families, and your colleagues will be essential. Additionally, you will uphold accountability for your practice, ensuring the delivery of top-notch service at all times.
Key Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse with NMC pin.
- Proficiency in Cardiac or General ITU skills and experience.
- Excellent communication, time management, and prioritisation skills.
