Salary: £42,500 - £51,059 per annum (inclusive of shift enhancement)
Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a skilled ITU Senior Staff Nurse to join a cutting-edge ITU/HDU Unit. The unit's focus encompasses complex colorectal, liver, urological, and spinal cases requiring staged operations.
As a Senior Staff Nurse within our ITU Unit, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining departmental efficiency, offering expert insight, and providing support to junior nursing staff. Your responsibilities will span from delivering tailored, intricate patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, to guiding and mentoring less experienced colleagues to foster their professional development.

Key Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse with NMC pin.
- Extensive experience in Critical Care.
- Completion of a Critical Care Course, minimum 30 credits.
