Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to uphold our standards of excellence by delivering holistic care and safe haemodialysis treatments to our patients. This role involves working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for those in our care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised care with a patient-focused approach.
  • Mentor and support colleagues within the team.
  • Administer safe haemodialysis treatments according to patient prescriptions.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and external organisations.
  • Maintain clear and efficient communication with patients and stakeholders.
  • Adhere to company policies and contribute to their ongoing review and improvement.
  • Continuously enhance skills and knowledge relevant to renal patient care.
  • Champion evidence-based practice and contribute to its evaluation and development.

Person Specification

  • Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
  • Desirable experience in renal nursing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, with a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Team player with a commitment to collaborative working.
