Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a dedicated Senior Staff Nurse to join the esteemed Critical Care Unit at a hospital, which has been recognised as "Outstanding" by the CQC. Our Critical Care Unit delivers High Dependency (Level 2), Intensive Care (Level 3), and round-the-clock patient outreach services across various clinical areas.

About the Role:

Joining our Critical Care Unit, you'll play a pivotal role in providing clinical leadership while serving as a mentor and role model for junior staff members. Responsibilities include managing complex patient care, assuming the role of bed-side nurse, NIC in CCU, and Outreach nurse. Additionally, you will lead the six-bedded critical care unit in the absence of Manager and Sisters/Charge Nurses.

Our CCU team covers a diverse range of specialities including Colorectal, Gynaecology, Thoracic, Vascular, Orthopaedics, Neuro & Spinal, and Acute Medicine.

What You'll Bring:

  • Registered General Nurse with NMC pin.
  • Specialised skills and experience in Neuro, Cardiac, or General ITU.
  • Extensive experience working within Critical Care.
  • Completion of Critical Care Course.
