Salary: £60,000 - £63,000 per annum

Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join a prestigious 12-bedded ITU Unit situated within the UK's largest private healthcare facility. Recognised for its excellence, the hospital has been rated "Good" by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

As the Clinical Nurse Manager for the ITU Department, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional clinical leadership and management. Working closely with the Critical Care Modern Matron, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care, focusing on patient safety and experience. Key responsibilities include the supervision, deployment, and mentoring of staff within the clinical area, while also providing clinical leadership to the hospital management team.

Key Requirements:

  • Registered Health Professional with NMC registration
  • Postgraduate qualification in Intensive Care Nursing
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience at Charge Nurse level or above
  • Practice Assessor qualification or equivalent Mentorship qualification
