Job Title: Sister/Charge Nurse - ITU

Salary: £42,209 - £51,589 per annum (inclusive of shift enhancement)
Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a skilled Sister/Charge Nurse with a background in spinal and neurology ICU to join the dynamic team at the hospital's state-of-the-art ITU/HDU Unit.
The ITU/HDU unit specialises in providing specialised care for complex colorectal, liver, urological, and staged spinal cases, ensuring comprehensive support and treatment for patients with diverse needs.
As a Sister/Charge Nurse within our ITU/HDU Unit, you will exemplify our values by prioritising the physical and emotional well-being of our patients. Your role will involve demonstrating expert leadership by coaching, mentoring, and engaging with your team, while also assuming leadership responsibilities in the absence of the ICU Lead. Your responsibilities will vary, from delivering tailored, intricate care to patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, to providing guidance and support to junior staff members. Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC pin
- Recognised post-graduate Critical Care Course
- Experience in managing others
- Background in spinal and neurology ICU
