Shift Pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £42,209 - £51,589 per annum + 9% shift enhancement

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a dedicated Sister / Charge Nurse with experience in Haematology or Oncology to join a prestigious Cancer Nursing Team based in a renowned Central London Hospital. This hospital, recognised as "Outstanding" by the CQC, serves as one of the leading centres for cancer care, boasting cutting-edge treatments and innovative clinical practices.

As a Sister / Charge Nurse within our Cancer Nursing Team, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting your team to deliver exceptional standards of specialist care. Utilising your expertise in Haematology or Oncology, you will oversee the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of care, ensuring that the physical and emotional needs of patients are met to the highest standards. Moreover, you will serve as a role model for our organisational values, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC pin
  • Significant post-registration experience within a Haematology or Oncology setting
  • Up-to-date knowledge and experience in the administration of Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT)
