Role Overview:
As a staff nurse, you'll be at the forefront of providing holistic care to our patients, ensuring their safety and well-being during haemodialysis treatment according to prescribed protocols.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalised care with a patient-focused approach.
- Mentor and support team members.
- Administer safe haemodialysis treatment as prescribed.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and external partners.
- Maintain effective communication with patients and service providers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while contributing to their improvement.
- Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge for optimal patient care.
- Apply evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
Person Specification:
- Full NMC registration and nursing degree.
- Experience in renal nursing is beneficial, but comprehensive training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in current nursing practices.
- Adaptability to changing work environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
