Salary: £44,000 per annum (competitive salary, dependent on experience)
Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Staff Nurse to join our client's dynamic ward nursing team in Reading. The role involves caring for pre and post-operative surgical patients across various specialties such as orthopaedics, urology, cosmetics, and general surgery.
The hospital, located in the heart of Reading, has two theatres, three recovery bays, and an endoscopy suite. The successful candidate will maintain high standards of patient care, ensuring adherence to operational policies and procedures, while promoting the well-being of patients, employees, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain standards of patient care in line with operational policies and procedures
- Promote and safeguard the well-being of patients, employees, and visitors
- Assist Senior Staff in clinical department management and provide effective leadership in their absence
Requirements:
- Qualified Nurse with active NMC registration
- Surgical experience preferred but not essential; full training provided
- Good communication and team-working skills
