The salary for this permanent Staff Nurse job is £28,407 - £34,581 per annum.

Main Duties:
- Deliver high-quality, individualised care with a focus on patient-centered treatment.
- Mentor and support team members.
- Provide safe hemodialysis treatment according to patient prescriptions.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and with external organizations and hospital trusts.
- Promote and maintain effective communication with patients, users, and service providers at all times.
- Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and policies, assisting in their implementation and review.
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering high-standard patient care.
- Commit to evidence-based practice and assist in evaluating evidence to improve and develop patient care.
Requirements of the Staff Nurse:
- Registered Nurse
- Experience in renal nursing preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change
- Good interpersonal skills; friendly, outgoing, and flexible
- Effective team collaboration skills
