We are the largest independent hospital in Kent and are currently recruiting for a dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Centre as a Staff Nurse, working part-time.

Our Medical Centre boasts a multidisciplinary team comprising Nurses, Care Support Workers, Radiographers, Physical Therapists, and administrators dedicated to delivering outpatient and diagnostic services to the local community. Our services span across a comprehensive range of clinical specialties, including Orthopaedics, Dermatology, Urology, Gynaecology, and Gastroenterology, among others.

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care and support to our patients, performing procedures such as wound care and minor operations with precision and empathy.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit exemplary clinical practice consistently, taking accountability for all actions.
  • Collaborate effectively within a supportive multi-disciplinary team.
  • Plan, implement, and deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with the latest evidence-based care and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development of a cohesive and visionary healthcare team.
  • Participate actively in quarterly and annual quality and governance reports.

Person Specification:

  • Registered Nurse (RN RGN) qualification.
  • Post-registration clinical experience within an Outpatient Department (desirable).
  • Patient-focused approach with a proven commitment to delivering outstanding healthcare.
  • Familiarity with clinical governance principles and continuous professional development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with various stakeholders.
  • Mentorship training and qualification (desirable).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage challenging incidents effectively (desirable).
  • Awareness of current nursing and clinical advancements (desirable).
