Join our prestigious medical team in Sevenoaks! We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to fill the role of Staff Nurse at our thriving Medical Centre.

As part of our diverse and skilled team, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside Nurses, Care Support Workers, Radiographers, Physical Therapists, and administrators, offering outpatient and diagnostic services across various clinical specialties such as orthopaedics, dermatology, urology, gynaecology, and gastroenterology.

In this role, you'll be tasked with delivering exceptional care to our patients, including wound care and minor operations. We're looking for compassionate individuals who can quickly build rapport with patients, drive positive change, and effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

This is a part-time position, comprising 25 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 07:30 am - 20:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Rotas are provided a month in advance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate exemplary clinical practice and take accountability for your actions.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team under the guidance of experienced senior nurses.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee holistic patient-centered care.
  • Maintain meticulous patient records following evidence-based care guidelines.
  • Contribute to team development by championing our vision and strategy for delivering superior healthcare.

Person Specification:

  • Registered Nurse (RN RGN) with a minimum of 1 year's experience in acute healthcare.
  • Desirable experience in wound care, phlebotomy, plastering, minor operations, and gynaecology/urology procedures (training provided for suitable candidates).
  • Patient-focused with a proven commitment to delivering outstanding healthcare.
  • Knowledgeable about clinical governance and committed to continuous professional development.
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills, able to engage effectively with consultants, colleagues, and patients.
