Role Overview

The Staff Nurse will play a pivotal role in providing holistic care to our patients, adhering to established nursing models to ensure the safe administration of haemodialysis treatment as prescribed.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised and high-quality care to patients, prioritising their needs.
  • Act as a mentor to colleagues and actively support team members.
  • Administer safe haemodialysis treatment in accordance with patient prescriptions.
  • Foster collaboration within multidisciplinary teams and external healthcare organisations.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with patients, service users, and providers.
  • Adhere to company protocols and contribute to their ongoing review and enhancement.
  • Pursue continuous professional development to enhance patient care standards.
  • Advocate for evidence-based practices and contribute to their evaluation and implementation.

Person Specification

  • Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
  • Preferably possesses experience in renal nursing.
  • Excellent communication skills essential for effective patient interaction.
  • Demonstrates adaptability and resilience in the face of change.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, displaying a friendly and flexible demeanour.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
