Role Overview
The Staff Nurse will play a pivotal role in providing holistic care to our patients, adhering to established nursing models to ensure the safe administration of haemodialysis treatment as prescribed.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide personalised and high-quality care to patients, prioritising their needs.
- Act as a mentor to colleagues and actively support team members.
- Administer safe haemodialysis treatment in accordance with patient prescriptions.
- Foster collaboration within multidisciplinary teams and external healthcare organisations.
- Maintain effective communication channels with patients, service users, and providers.
- Adhere to company protocols and contribute to their ongoing review and enhancement.
- Pursue continuous professional development to enhance patient care standards.
- Advocate for evidence-based practices and contribute to their evaluation and implementation.
Person Specification
- Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
- Preferably possesses experience in renal nursing.
- Excellent communication skills essential for effective patient interaction.

- Strong interpersonal skills, displaying a friendly and flexible demeanour.
