We are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical Centre team as a Staff Nurse. This presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic healthcare environment in Kent's largest independent hospital.

The Medical Centre provides outpatient and diagnostic services across various clinical specialties, including Orthopaedics, Dermatology, Urology, Gynaecology, and Gastroenterology. Our interdisciplinary team comprises Nurses, Care Support Workers, Radiographers, Physical Therapists, and administrators, all dedicated to serving the local community with excellence in patient care.

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and support to our patients, performing procedures such as wound care and minor operations. We are seeking a compassionate individual with strong communication skills, capable of quickly establishing rapport with patients and collaborating effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrating exemplary clinical practice and taking accountability for actions
  • Collaborating within a supportive multi-disciplinary team
  • Providing holistic, patient-centered care
  • Maintaining accurate patient records in accordance with best practices
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of healthcare delivery

Candidate Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN RGN)
  • Post-registration experience in an Outpatient Department (desirable)
  • Commitment to patient-focused care
  • Understanding of clinical governance and evidence of ongoing professional development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
  • Mentorship training and qualification (desirable)
  • Proven ability to handle challenging situations (desirable)
  • Awareness of current nursing and clinical advancements (desirable)
