Role Overview:
As a Staff Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional holistic care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include administering safe haemodialysis treatment according to prescriptions, while upholding our patient-centric nursing model.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised care with a focus on patient well-being.
- Mentor and support team members.
- Safely administer haemodialysis treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with patients and stakeholders.
- Adhere to company protocols and contribute to their enhancement.
- Pursue continuous professional development to enhance patient care.
- Champion evidence-based practices and assist in their evaluation.
Person Specification:
- Registered Nurse with NMC accreditation.
- Preferential experience in renal nursing.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
- Positive interpersonal qualities with a flexible approach.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
