Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a Staff Nurse to join a dynamic and forward-thinking ward nursing team in Sutton. The successful candidate will be responsible for pre and post-operative care for surgical patients across various specialties, including major orthopaedics, urology, gynaecology, general surgery, and cardiothoracic & cardiology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of patient care in line with operational policies and procedures.
- Promote and safeguard the well-being of patients, employees, and visitors.
- Provide leadership and management support in the absence of senior staff.
Requirements:
- NMC registration.
- Essential experience in cardiac/cardiology nursing (12 to 18 months).
- Desirable ALS training, with provided training opportunities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
