Role Overview:
Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals as a Staff Nurse, responsible for delivering high standards of holistic care to our patients. Utilising the nursing model implemented on the unit, you will provide safe haemodialysis treatment in accordance with prescribed protocols.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualised care with a patient-focused approach.
- Mentor and support team members.
- Administer safe haemodialysis treatment as per patient prescription.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and external organisations.
- Demonstrate effective communication with patients, users, and service providers.
- Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Actively participate in knowledge and skill development for high-quality patient care.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and contribute to the evaluation of evidence for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Full NMC registration.
- Nursing degree.
- Experience in renal nursing preferred (full training provided).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of current professional nursing issues.
- Adaptability to changes in the working environment.
- Good interpersonal skills, friendly, outgoing, and flexible.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
