With the introduction of new services and a rise in patient activity, we are seeking motivated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our Surgical Teams. As a crucial member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care in alignment with our hospital's vision and objectives.

Role Responsibilities include:
- Adhering to the NMC Code of Conduct and maintaining high standards of clinical practice
- Assessing, planning, and delivering personalised care for patients
- Ensuring accurate documentation of patient care activities
- Collaborating within a team environment, offering guidance to junior staff and assuming senior responsibilities as needed
- Exemplifying integrity and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times
Person Specification:
- Hold a BSc in Adult nursing (or equivalent) and hold valid NMC registration
- Previous experience in surgical nursing is required
- Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude toward patient care, striving for excellence
- Familiarity with clinical governance and a commitment to continuous professional development
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with consultants, colleagues, and patients
