Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to paediatric patients across various departments including Outpatients, Pre-assessment, Day Surgery Ward, Theatre, and post-discharge follow-ups.
- Actively participate in the on-call system for paediatric patients post-discharge.
- Demonstrate commitment to our values in all aspects of your role.
Requirements:
- Registered with NMC as RSCN.
- Paediatric Basic Life Support certification.
- Proficiency in Child protection issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude.
- Warm, considerate, and empathetic demeanor.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in providing training on Child protection and related topics.
- Previous clinical supervisory experience.
- EPLS certification.
- Level 3 Paediatric Safeguarding qualification.
