Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a Staff Nurse to join our client's team within the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at a prestigious London-based hospital dedicated to women and children's healthcare. The PICU at this facility, which maintains a "Good" rating from the CQC, boasts modern amenities and a 14-bed capacity. Operational since November 2011, it delivers cutting-edge treatment supported by a team of Consultant Paediatric Intensivists available round the clock.

Duties:
In this role, you will be integral to maintaining our high standards of care. Working within a favourable nurse-to-patient ratio, you will oversee the day-to-day needs of your patients, including those requiring extended stays. Collaboration and support are paramount in our PICU environment, and we provide ample opportunities for professional development through our learning academy and external providers.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should hold NMC Child Registration and possess postgraduate experience in PICU or paediatric High Dependency Units. The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, coupled with a compassionate and empathetic approach, are essential qualities we seek in candidates.
