Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Staff Nurse specialising in Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care to join a prestigious hospital in London. Duties:
As a valued member of the Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering holistic care to paediatric patients on our general medical ward. This includes overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of care plans, as well as driving continuous improvement through research and evidence-based practice. Key Requirements:
- NMC registration as a Child Registered Nurse with basic paediatric life support
- Experience with tracheostomised patients preferred
- Understanding of Safeguarding issues and clinical governance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively within a team or independently
