Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a Senior Registered Nurse for an exciting opportunity within a renowned healthcare facility located in Solihull, West Midlands. Responsibilities:
- Take charge of daily operations and coordination.
- Effectively communicate concerns to the Director of Clinical Services.
- Provide support to the nursing team and Healthcare Assistants (HCA’s).
- Delegate tasks efficiently.
- Make informed discharge decisions in collaboration with the consultant team.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration and no restrictions.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead by example.
- Capacity for autonomous decision-making.
- Strong coordination and leadership capabilities.
