Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a Senior Registered Nurse for an exciting opportunity within a renowned healthcare facility located in Solihull, West Midlands. This full-time position offers permanent employment with a welcoming team dedicated to fostering career development and providing support in a friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of daily operations and coordination.
  • Effectively communicate concerns to the Director of Clinical Services.
  • Provide support to the nursing team and Healthcare Assistants (HCA’s).
  • Delegate tasks efficiently.
  • Make informed discharge decisions in collaboration with the consultant team.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration and no restrictions.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead by example.
  • Capacity for autonomous decision-making.
  • Strong coordination and leadership capabilities.
