Sanctuary Personnel is currently recruiting for a Radiography Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance and delivering high standards of patient care.

What You Will Do:
As the Service Manager, you will provide service and clinical leadership, ensuring that the facility operates in accordance with local guidelines and company policies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and meeting customer expectations.
- Maintaining the facility in accordance with IPC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Managing the department's rota to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Overseeing all day-to-day activities across a 7-day service.
- Recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting staff.
- Facilitating effective communication with the team and stakeholders.
- Ensuring KPIs and reports are up to date and shared with stakeholders.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:
- A BSc in diagnostic radiography or equivalent.
- HCPC registration.
- Experience in leading teams and coaching.
- Good understanding of CQC fundamental standards, Health & Safety, and Infection Control.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and excellent organisational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
