Sanctuary Personnel is currently recruiting for a Radiography Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance and delivering high standards of patient care.

What You Will Do:

As the Service Manager, you will provide service and clinical leadership, ensuring that the facility operates in accordance with local guidelines and company policies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and meeting customer expectations.
  • Maintaining the facility in accordance with IPC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing the department's rota to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Overseeing all day-to-day activities across a 7-day service.
  • Recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting staff.
  • Facilitating effective communication with the team and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring KPIs and reports are up to date and shared with stakeholders.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • A BSc in diagnostic radiography or equivalent.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Experience in leading teams and coaching.
  • Good understanding of CQC fundamental standards, Health & Safety, and Infection Control.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
