Shift Pattern: Full time. 37.5 hours per week, with shift times between 08:00 am and 20:00 pm
Salary: £45,000 - £51,000 per annum, dependent upon experience

Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a dedicated Senior Radiographer to join our client's MRI team at a prestigious healthcare facility in London.

Situated in Chelsea, the hospital has been delivering exceptional care to patients in London for over three decades. With a commitment to excellence, we offer access to renowned consultants from leading teaching hospitals in London, ensuring cutting-edge treatments across various specialised units including fertility, gastroenterology medicine, orthopaedics, and surgery. Our facility boasts 60 beds spread over three floors, with specialised services tailored to meet the unique needs of our patients. Additionally, we provide critical care services through our six-bed unit dedicated to patients with complex surgical or medical conditions, along with a 13-bed acute medical unit.

As a Senior Radiographer specialising in MRI, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality diagnostic radiography services with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures accurately using advanced imaging equipment, adhering to operational protocols and conducting routine quality assurance checks.
  • Uphold professional conduct and maintain high standards of practice, prioritising excellent customer care.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance clinical efficiency.
  • Provide mobile imaging services to wards and departments as required, including rotation through various areas including MRI.
  • Support staff and students with orientation and training, ensuring their competence in radiography practices.
  • Record and report all equipment faults and malfunctions to appropriate personnel promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

  • HCPC registration
  • Extensive post-graduation experience in MRI, preferably within the UK
  • Thorough understanding of clinical governance and MRI protocols
