Sanctuary Personnel are currently seeking a Senior Radiographer to join our client's MRI team at a prestigious healthcare facility in a prime London location, known for its excellence in patient care. Renowned for their exceptional services in oncology, cardiology, and neuroscience, their dedicated team of clinicians delivers top-tier treatments and compassionate care, ensuring their patients receive the utmost attention and support.

The MRI department boasts state-of-the-art equipment, including three Siemens magnets, enabling them to provide comprehensive imaging services. Collaborating closely with leading consultant radiologists, their highly skilled radiographers deliver a five-star patient experience, particularly focusing on oncology and cardiology examinations, including complex cardiac scans, including paediatric congenital cardiac scans. Their commitment to excellence is reflected in their recent outstanding rating from the CQC.

Shift Pattern: 

  • Full time, 37.5 hours per week
  • 7.5 hour shifts between 08:00 am and 20:00 pm

Duties:

As a Senior Radiographer in MRI, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a customer-focused service, ensuring high-quality diagnostic radiography. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a safe and effective radiology service, collaborating with radiologists and consultants to establish protocols and policies, identifying areas for improvement, overseeing implementation of enhancements, managing daily operations, and providing support with patient bookings and administrative tasks. Additionally, you will contribute to staff orientation and training initiatives.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess HCPC registration, along with extensive post-graduate MRI experience, preferably within the UK. A strong understanding of clinical governance and MRI protocols is essential.
