The salary for this permanent Senior Mobile MRI Radiographer job is £40,000 - £44,500 per annum.

Main Duties: 

  • Assume a pivotal role as a Mobile MR/CT Radiographer, tasked with delivering exemplary MRI/CT diagnostic imaging services.
  • Prioritise clinical safety and uphold superior patient care standards throughout all aspects of service provision.
  • Conduct wholly unsupervised scanning sessions, demonstrating autonomy and accountability for professional actions.
  • Exercise sound clinical judgment and make critical decisions, drawing upon extensive knowledge, skills, and expertise in the field.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and adherence to ethical guidelines in all activities.
  • Create a safe, clean, and orderly environment conducive to optimal patient outcomes.
  • Remain vigilant in observing all pertinent DHC/Trust policies and regulations.
  • Strive for excellence, aiming to not only meet but exceed industry standards in diagnostic imaging services.
  • Contribute significantly to the advancement of diagnostic imaging services and the overall enhancement of patient care experiences.

Requirements of the Senior Mobile MRI Radiographer:

  • Possession of a BSc in Radiography or an equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Possession of a full UK Driving Licence.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including availability to work across all seven days of the week (Monday to Sunday).
  • Excellent knowledge of Radiographic techniques.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the responsibilities associated with the Radiographer's role, including patient care, Health & Safety protocols, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain composure and perform effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Capacity to foster exceptional relationships with colleagues in a diverse and dynamic work setting.
