Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a Junior Charge Nurse to join our Dialysis Clinic in Newcastle. We are a leading provider of dialysis care in the UK, serving over 2,000 patients across England & Wales. As the Junior Charge Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team of nurses and support staff to deliver personalised and high-quality care to our patients. You will oversee the day-to-day clinical, administrative, and operational activities of the clinic, ensuring a seamless patient experience and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing overall leadership and operations management of the clinic
- Ensuring a positive patient experience and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders
- Implementing quality improvement initiatives and new processes
- Facilitating the onboarding of new team members
- Handling patient complaints and maintaining compliance with clinical and regulatory policies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NMC Registered Nurse qualification
- Renal nursing experience
- Previous clinical leadership experience in an outpatient haemodialysis setting
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse teams and patients
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development, preferably in Renal Care
