Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ICU Staff Nurse to join our intensive care team. In this role, you will provide care for Level 2/3 patients and have access to various training programs and opportunities for career progression. Collaborating with esteemed consultants, you will work in a multi-specialty unit, enhancing your skills and expertise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide safe care for Level 2/3 patients in ICU
- Continuously assess patients’ health across a complex caseload
- Assist in delivering individualised care
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Deliver high-standard care post-surgical procedures
- Collaborate with the Multi-Disciplinary Team for person-centered care
- Ensure accurate documentation and effective communication
Who We're Looking For:
- NMC registered
- ICU experience
- Desirable: ICU certificate or willingness to work towards
- Desirable: Cardiothoracic experience
- Good communication skills
