Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (RMN/RNLD) for an exciting opportunity based in Willenhall, West Midlands. The Opportunity:

Joining our team offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment where multi-disciplinary team (MDT) support is readily available. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients with acute mental health needs. You will work alongside a team of professionals, including Ward Managers, Doctors, Support Workers, and Therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care
  • Acting as a role model for the team
  • Leading and motivating a team of healthcare professionals
  • Contributing to the development of processes to improve patient experience
  • Collaborating with the Ward Manager to implement site improvement plans and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration
  • Experience in mental health services (RMNs and RNLDs are welcome)
  • Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of NMC standards guidelines and professional practices
  • Familiarity with the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice
