This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from £41,475 - £44,648 per annum, depending on experience, along with various benefits.

The Opportunity:
Joining our team offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment where multi-disciplinary team (MDT) support is readily available. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients with acute mental health needs. You will work alongside a team of professionals, including Ward Managers, Doctors, Support Workers, and Therapists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care
- Acting as a role model for the team
- Leading and motivating a team of healthcare professionals
- Contributing to the development of processes to improve patient experience
- Collaborating with the Ward Manager to implement site improvement plans and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration
- Experience in mental health services (RMNs and RNLDs are welcome)
- Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of NMC standards guidelines and professional practices
- Familiarity with the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice
