The salaries for these permanent Charge Nurse jobs are £48,000 - £50,000 per annum.

Duties:
- Work under the supervision of the Clinical Services Manager, and line managing RMNs and support workers
- Provide senior nursing leadership to the nursing team in support of the Clinical Services Manager
- Have clinical and leadership experience that provides the expertise and confidence required to support the wider nursing team
- Be responsible for deputising in the absence of the Clinical Services Manager if necessary and therefore must demonstrate a willingness to develop and expand on their existing roles and responsibilities
- Be role models for their peers and demonstrate core priory values at all times therefore the expectations of this will need to be clearly set out
Requirements of the Charge Nurses:
- An accomplished and experienced individual with proven abilities in clinical leadership and resource management
- Clinically based and patient focused you’ll inspire expert nursing and clinical treatment through best practice care
- A team player committed to the development and delivery of evidence based, clinically effective treatment approaches and exceeding our client’s expectations
- Have a proven record of managing a nursing team whilst maintaining high professional standards
- Be able to respond flexibly to change and the developing needs of the service
- Registered nurse with active NMC PIN with post qualifying experience
- Relevant clinical experience
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
- Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Driving licence (preferred)
