Sanctuary Personnel are currently recruiting for a Charge Nurse to join our client's dedicated team at their purpose-built facility in Arnold. They provide acute adult mental health services in partnership with a respected healthcare trust, with exciting plans to introduce a new PICU service for male patients.

Role Overview:

As a Charge Nurse, you will lead by example, serving as a mentor and role model for our nursing team. Your responsibilities will include supporting the professional development of junior staff through exemplary clinical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing. We are seeking individuals who are motivated, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements:

  • Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an ACTIVE, NMC PIN Registration.
  • Motivated, flexible, and ready to embrace new challenges.

  • Committed to developing and delivering high-quality care.
  • Possess effective decision-making skills or readiness to develop them.
