Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Contributing to the development of new services and care pathways
Supporting the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
Engaging in continuous quality improvement within the service
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN as either RMN or RNLD, with at least 12 months of post-qualification experience
Demonstrable clinical expertise and a positive attitude towards change and quality improvement
Ability to employ flexible and innovative approaches to practice
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
