Sanctuary Personnel are recruiting for a Community Nurse Practitioner within our client's Adult Mental Health Team. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering specialised care to individuals with complex mental health needs. Acting as a Care Co-ordinator, you'll lead the way in providing evidence-based assessments and treatments, while maintaining a focus on risk management. Your expertise will be integral in supporting their specialist nursing team and providing essential psychosocial education to clients and their families.

In this role, you'll uphold statutory responsibilities, ensuring adherence to professional standards and best practices. Your commitment to continuous learning and development will drive excellence in care delivery, while prioritising client and public safety at all times.

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate is a 1st Level Registered Nurse (RMN) with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience, including 3 years in a specialised area. You should hold a Mentorship or Teaching Award/Qualification, alongside relevant post-qualifying speciality awards. Strong IT skills and a full driving licence are essential.

Moreover, you should possess enhanced skills and knowledge in mental health provision, with a track record of collaborative working and positive risk management. Familiarity with medico-legal frameworks and clinical decision-making is crucial, as is the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
