Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Senior Occupational Therapist to work either full/part-time based in New Milton.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £25 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Main duties:
- Provide strong holistic leadership to the team and support the clinical team lead
- Day to day leadership responsibilities, development and creative leadership, responsive leadership
- Monitor the quality-of-care planning, implementation and evaluation to ensure optimum quality is maintained
- Ensure that medicines in your area are handled and administered according to professional and organisational guidelines to ensure safety and efficacy
- Inform the integrated senior clinical lead of any concerns
- Develop and maintain constructive working relationships
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients and carers so that information is shared in order to meet patient’s need
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as an Occupational Therapist
