Role Overview

We are thrilled to invite applications for Senior Occupational Therapists to bolster our Locality team. Currently, we have vacancies for:

  • 1 full-time, permanent position, offering a competitive salary range of £42,591 - £45,519 per annum based on a 36-hour work week.
  • 2 part-time permanent positions, with the same salary range as above, pro-rata for part-time hours.

About the Role

As a Senior Occupational Therapist within our Locality team, you will conduct comprehensive assessments and provide tailored support to individuals and families with diverse needs. Collaboration with stakeholders and adherence to best practices are essential in this role.

Shortlisting Criteria

To be considered, candidates must demonstrate:

  • Professional qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience in social care, health, or community settings.
  • Ability to conduct person-centred and proportionate OT assessments.
  • Familiarity with moving and handling equipment.
  • Knowledge of medical conditions and relevant legislation such as the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act.
  • Substantial post-qualification experience, including providing professional supervision.
  • Applicants must possess a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
