Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join the Haematology Unit in Manchester on a full-time permanent basis. If you have experience as a Haematology Nurse, Surgical/Medical Nurse, or are eager to transition into Cancer Care, this role presents an exciting opportunity for you.

Our client, in collaboration with a leading NHS Foundation Trust, provides comprehensive care for private patients, boasting a CQC rating of "Outstanding". Situated in Manchester, our facility offers a complete spectrum of diagnostic, inpatient, surgical, day case, and outpatient treatments all under one roof.

In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering personalised care tailored to each patient's needs, from diagnostic assessments to a range of treatments including surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and supportive care. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with the experienced nursing team to ensure the delivery of high standards of specialist care in a safe and compassionate environment, addressing both the medical and emotional needs of patients and their families.

You will receive support to enhance your expertise in haematology specialist nursing, including training in administering Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatments (SACT), stem cell administration, and other innovative anti-cancer therapies. Key Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience in NHS or private hospital settings
  • Post-registration experience within a haematology setting is desirable
