Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a dedicated Senior Staff Nurse with experience in Haematology/Oncology to join our esteemed Cancer Nursing Team Care. Situated in one of London's premier healthcare facilities, renowned for its excellence and currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC, you will be part of a specialist cancer centre dedicated to pioneering clinical innovation in the field.

As a Senior Staff Nurse within our Haematology/Oncology ward, you will collaborate with a seasoned nursing team to deliver exemplary specialist care. Your role will encompass the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality care, ensuring patients receive compassionate and safe treatment in a supportive environment. You will encounter a diverse range of complex cases and have access to state-of-the-art treatments and techniques, including our accredited bone marrow/stem cell transplant service and cutting-edge CART T-cell therapy programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high standards of specialist care within a Haematology/Oncology setting.
  • Lead and motivate a clinical team to ensure optimum patient outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in the field.

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
  • Extensive post-registration experience within a Haematology/Oncology setting.
  • Proficient in the administration of Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT).
  • Demonstrated ability in managing and leading clinical teams.
