Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £42,209 - £51,589 per annum + 9% shift enhancement 

Sanctuary Personnel are currently seeking a Sister/Charge Nurse with experience in Haematology or Oncology to join our client's Cancer Nursing Team at a specialist cancer centre rated "Outstanding" by the CQC. As leaders in blood disorders and cancer care, they're dedicated to pioneering clinical innovation, offering cutting-edge treatments such as their JACIE accredited bone marrow/stem cell transplant service and revolutionary CART T-cell therapy programme.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in their team, leading by example to ensure the delivery of high standards of specialist care. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care while serving as a mentor and coach to your colleagues. You'll have the opportunity to work with the latest treatments and techniques, enabling you to provide exceptional care to their patients.

This position presents an excellent opportunity for experienced Sister/Charge Nurses looking to transition laterally or for Senior Staff Nurses eager to progress in their careers. Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin
  • Significant post registration experience within haematology or oncology setting
  • Up to date knowledge and an experience on the administration of the SACT
