Job Title: PICU Sister/Charge Nurse

Salary: £49,181 - £60,110 per annum
Sanctuary Personnel currently seeking a Sister/Charge Nurse for our client's Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at a hospital for Women & Children, a facility recognised by the CQC with a rating of "Good".
As a Sister/Charge Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in assessing patient care needs, developing comprehensive care plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing in our PICU setting. You'll lead a team, supervise junior staff, and step in for Senior Sisters when required.
Requirements:
- NMC Child Registered Nurse qualification
- Extensive experience in PICU nursing
- Completion of a PICU Course equivalent to 60 credits
- Previous experience in a shift lead role within a Cardiac PICU
- Teaching and mentorship qualifications
- PILS/EPLS certification
