Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to join our client's Critical Care Unit at a renowned hospital, currently rated "Outstanding" by the CQC. The Critical Care Unit offers High Dependency (level 2), Intensive Care (Level 3), and a 24-hour patient outreach service across various clinical areas.
Within the CCU team, you'll cover a diverse range of specialties including Colorectal, Gynaecology, Thoracic, Vascular, Orthopaedics, Neuro & Spinal, and Acute Medicine.
Additionally, their CCU unit maintains strong connections with the ITU at another hospital, providing staff with opportunities to broaden their experience and skills by caring for a wider spectrum of patients.
As a Senior Staff Nurse in the Critical Care Unit, your role will entail providing clinical leadership, mentoring junior staff, managing complex patient care (as a bedside nurse, NIC in CCU, and Outreach nurse), and leading the six-bedded critical care unit in the absence of Manager and Sisters/Charge Nurses.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Registered General Nurse with NMC pin.
- Neuro, Cardiac, or General ITU-specific skills and experience.
- Extensive experience working within Critical Care.
- Critical Care Course completion.
