Sanctuary Personnel are seeking an experienced ITU Senior Staff Nurse to join our client's advanced ITU/HDU Unit. Their unit specialises in providing care for complex colorectal, liver, urological, and spinal cases, often involving staged operations.

As a Senior Staff Nurse within their ITU Unit, your role will be diverse. You'll ensure the department runs smoothly, offering expert knowledge and support to junior colleagues. Your responsibilities may range from delivering tailored, intricate care to patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, to mentoring and guiding less experienced staff to aid in their professional development.

Your qualifications and experience should include:

  • Registered General Nurse with NMC pin.
  • Extensive experience in Critical Care.
  • Completion of a Critical Care Course, with a minimum of 30 credits.
