Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a skilled Senior Staff Nurse with experience in Haematology or Oncology to join our client's Day Care unit at a prestigious healthcare centre. Their facility, currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC, is one of the leading cancer treatment centres in the country. Specialising in blood disorders and cancer care, they're dedicated to pioneering clinical innovation.

In this role, you'll collaborate with a seasoned nursing team to deliver exceptional specialist care, ensuring patients receive safe and compassionate treatment in a nurturing environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge treatments, including their JACIE accredited bone marrow/stem cell transplant service and their revolutionary CART T-cell therapy programme.

As a Senior Staff Nurse in the Day Care Unit, you'll lead and motivate your team while managing a variety of complex cases, utilising the latest tools and techniques to provide optimal care. If you possess the requisite experience in Oncology/Haematology and have strong leadership skills, they offer you the chance to advance your career in cancer care with a leading healthcare provider.

Shift Pattern: 

  • Full time, 37.5 hours per week, over a 4-day week/shift pattern
  • 08:00 am - 18:00 pm

What you’ll need:

  • Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC pin
  • Significant post-registration experience in a haematology or oncology setting
  • Up-to-date knowledge and experience in the administration of SACT (Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy)
