Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Business Analyst to work based in St Georges.
The pay rate for this locum Senior Business Analyst job is to be confirmed and is an initial 1-month contract.
Duties:
- Have responsibility for undertaking business process analysis, design and re-engineering work in order to improve the customer experience and deliver improvements or efficiencies
- Design and document TO-BE business process and requirements (articulated as user stories with acceptance criteria)
- Work as part of an Agile development team to deliver software product that meets the business requirement
- Produce design wireframes
- Communicating effectively with business stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Have responsibility for undertaking business process analysis, design and re-engineering work in order to improve the customer experience and deliver improvements, efficiencies and any corresponding savings
- Setting up environments, programming and performing complex configuration of systems and the integrations between them
- Working within an environment of changing priorities and circumstances, dealing with day-to-day problems and issues that are encountered to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Working within tight deadlines, needing to understand complex issues, managing competing demands and making sound decisions to enable practical and sensible solutions to be achieved
Requirements of the Senior Business Analyst:
- Hold a Business Analysis qualification or have equivalent relevant experience
- Previous experience of working within agile project delivery is essential
- Understand and document AS-IS business process
- Comfortable working on multiple projects concurrently as part of a wider project portfolio which may have interdependencies
- Demonstrable expertise in manging work to time and quality
- Demonstrable experience capturing and articulating business requirements in written and diagrammatic form
- Experienced in communicating to wide range of business stakeholders, including use of good negotiation skills
- Have professional creditability and the ability to represent the ITD division effectively
- Ability to work independently (problem solving and decision making), but understanding when it is appropriate/necessary to seek senior direction
- Able to prioritise your own work and the work of others
- Substantial experience working in a large complex organisation within an IT related field
- Specific experience working as part of an Agile delivery team on projects of varying complexity
- Experience of Agile project management methodologies
- Experience using Azure DevOps for agile work management (or similar tools such as Jira)
- Experience using tools such as Axure RP for wireframing designs
