The salary for this permanent Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner job is £29,744 - £30,564 per annum.
Main Duties:
- Assessing and delivering, outcome focused, evidence-based time limited interventions to children and young people experiencing mental health difficulties.
- Planning and delivering appropriate individual/group mental health and wellbeing interventions and training.
- Supporting the development of the Wellbeing Service, including support for new evidenced based initiatives for the Wellbeing Service as necessary.
- Building strong partnerships, maintaining relationships and co-producing solutions to challenges across a diverse set of stakeholders, including schools, children, young people and their families. Advocating the voices of those we are working with.
- Effective use of data, intelligence and evidence to create meaningful insight and to inform one's decision making.
Requirements of the Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner:
- Recent UK experience working as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner/PWP
- Have an IAPT Qualification
- Substantial clinical knowledge
- Proven team management experience
- In-depth knowledge of psychological therapies
