The salary for this permanent Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner job is £29,744 - £30,564 per annum.

Main Duties:

  • Assessing and delivering, outcome focused, evidence-based time limited interventions to children and young people experiencing mental health difficulties.
  • Planning and delivering appropriate individual/group mental health and wellbeing interventions and training.
  • Supporting the development of the Wellbeing Service, including support for new evidenced based initiatives for the Wellbeing Service as necessary.
  • Building strong partnerships, maintaining relationships and co-producing solutions to challenges across a diverse set of stakeholders, including schools, children, young people and their families. Advocating the voices of those we are working with.
  • Effective use of data, intelligence and evidence to create meaningful insight and to inform one's decision making.

Requirements of the Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner:

  • Recent UK experience working as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner/PWP
  • Have an IAPT Qualification
  • Substantial clinical knowledge
  • Proven team management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of psychological therapies
