Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Therapist for a part-time role at a newly established 12-bed CAMHS service in Charlwood, Surrey.
This position entails a commitment of 18.75 hours per week, providing an opportunity to contribute to the mental health and well-being of young individuals aged 12 to 18 years old. The focus is on delivering exceptional care and support within a multidisciplinary team setting, prioritising the involvement of families and friends in the recovery process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting high-quality systemic assessments, formulations, and interventions.
- Offering comprehensive family therapy services to young individuals, their families, and support networks.
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to enhance systemic practice within the clinical setting.
- Providing specialised mental health and psychological assessments and therapy, with a commitment to training and consultation.
To be Successful as a Family Therapist, you will need:
- AFT Qualifying level course in Systemic Psychotherapy or equivalent at Masters/Doctoral level.
- UKCP Registered.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with children, young people, families, and groups.
- Substantial experience in multidisciplinary team collaboration.
- Expertise in specific areas such as eating disorders, child protection issues, and attachment difficulties.
- Group work experience.
- At least two years' experience in a mental health setting.
