Sanctuary Personnel are seeking a Clinical Practice Facilitator (CPF) to join our client's Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at a renowned hospital, currently rated “Good” by the CQC and recognised as the sole independent hospital in the UK dedicated entirely to women and children's health.

As a Clinical Practice Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the professional standards of our client's teams. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality educational programmes for both new and existing nursing staff. You may also lead or collaborate on the development of the nursing onboarding process.

On a daily basis, you will spearhead educational initiatives that not only meet regulatory standards but also enhance the level of care they provide. Your role will involve identifying practice gaps and implementing educational activities to address them. Success in this role will require profound clinical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills. Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a current NMC PIN
  • First-level degree in Paediatric Nursing
  • Post-graduation certificate in education with a recognised mentorship qualification
  • Extensive experience in clinical education, with substantial experience in the relevant nursing specialty
  • Postgraduate Module in Practice Education
  • Train the Trainer qualification desirable
