Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated Ward teams at our Cardiff location. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, contributing to their health and well-being within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients' health across a diverse caseload.
- Deliver personalised care to meet individual needs.
- Communicate complex information effectively and sensitively.
- Continuously develop professional knowledge and skills.
- Uphold best practices in health, safety, and security.
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of services.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification.
- Ability to work effectively in a team with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in an acute care setting.
- Proficiency in a range of clinical skills, supported by professional registration.
- Surgical background preferred, though candidates with interest in this area are encouraged to apply.
