Salary: £28,000 - £34,812 per annum + £3000 welcome aboard bonus

We, a leading healthcare provider in Bath, have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to become an integral part of our team. As a Registered Nurse with us, you'll engage in a spectrum of responsibilities, from clinical triage to patient care evaluation and maintenance of high standards.
Your role will encompass a variety of tasks including nurse-led clinics, patient assessments, test administration, treatment coordination, and patient referrals. With our Inpatient ward specialising in Orthopedics, ENT, Gynecology, and General Surgery, you'll deliver top-notch care tailored to each patient's unique clinical requirements.
Our commitment extends beyond patient care - we foster a culture of continuous learning and development. You'll have access to training programs covering topics such as patient management in surgical settings, care for the Deteriorating Patient, Sepsis & News 2, and ILS.

Key Details
- Permanent Position: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Rotational Shifts: Between IPU and DSU
- Shift Patterns: Days, evenings, and nights (due to Inpatients Ward requirements)
Requirements
- If you possess NMC registration, a track record of CPD, and a solid understanding of contemporary professional practices, we want to hear from you. Surgical nursing experience is advantageous.
