Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for a Ward Manager to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) based in Salisbury.
The salary for this permanent Ward Manager job is £41,999 - £45,404 per annum.
Shift Patterns:
- Early 07:00 am – 15:00 pm
- Late 13:00 pm – 21:00 pm
- Night 20:30 pm – 07:30 am
- 09:00 am – 17:00 pm for an admin day
Requirements of the Ward Manager:
- RGN qualified
- Active NMC Registration
- Experience of working in a high acuity area (ICU, HDU, CCU, ED)
- Experience of leading/managing a large team
- In date ILS/AIMS course
- Investigation/RCA skills
- Leadership qualification
- ALS qualified
- Experience of working on a surgical ward
